Molson maintains this Site for people of legal drinking age…so don’t enter and use this Site if you’re not of legal drinking age in the province, state, territory or country in which you reside.
You agree to post content on this Site in compliance with these terms and conditions. Upon posting content on this Site, you grant Molson and its successors and assigns a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right and licence under your copyright to use, adapt, publish, distribute, translate, reproduce and create works derived from or based upon such material in any and all media, without any duty to account to you. In addition, you irrevocably waive all of your moral rights as author in respect of such information, however arising. You shall not post content that includes or contains: (1) non-public information about companies without the proper authorization to do so; (2) false information about yourself or others; or (3) a virus, trojan horse, worm, or other harmful or disruptive component.
The trademarks and logos on this Site are registered and unregistered trademarks of Molson or are used under licence from, or with the consent of, the respective trademark owner. The display of trademarks or trade names on this Site does not convey or create any licence or other rights in these marks or names and their use without the written consent of Molson or the respective trademark owner is strictly prohibited.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ON THIS SITE
Purchase Policy
Each pass that you purchase is a license to attend at “Molson Canadian Hockey House” ("MCHH"), is subject to the additional terms set forth on that pass. Currency All pass prices are stated in Canadian Dollars.
Credit Card Authorization
To purchase passes at MCHH, you will be required to submit a valid credit card. If you are successful in your package / pass request, you agree that the package / pass price as well as any applicable taxes, handling and service fees can be charged to your credit card.
Order Confirmation If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. MCHH will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. Convenience Charges and Order Processing Fees Passes purchased on molsoncanadianhockeyhouse.com may be subject to a per pass convenience charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee. In many cases, delivery prices will also be owed. Amount of Passes Per Customer or "Pass Limits" When purchasing passes on molsoncanadianhockeyhouse.com, you may be limited to a specified number of passes (also known as a "pass limit"). This limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair pass buying practices. Opening Acts Opening acts or guests may sometimes tour with headlining performers. Opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if an opening act is changed or cancelled.
Cancelled/Postponed Events
Your pass provides you with access to MCHH only. It is anticipated that various events/headliners/acts will take place at MCHH between February 12-28, 2010. Occasionally, events/headliners/acts may be cancelled or postponed. Should this occur, MCHH will not issue a refund of the purchase price of the pass including delivery prices or any other fees or amounts. MCHH will make commercially best efforts to rebook, reschedule or replace the events/headliners/acts in the event of cancellation.
By purchasing your pass, you acknowledge and understand that the events/headliners/acts, or access to the events/headliners/acts, anticipated to take place during the period of February 12-28, 2010 may not be available as scheduled, or at all.
MCHH will not be liable to you or to any third party for:
• any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, economic or punitive damages (including loss of profit or revenue; financial loss; loss of business opportunities; loss, destruction or alteration of data, files or software; breach of privacy or security; personal injury; death or any other foreseeable or unforeseeable loss, however caused) resulting or relating directly or indirectly from or relating to any advertisements, promotions or statements relating to any of the foregoing, even if we were negligent or were advised of the possibility of such damages;
• the denial, restriction, disruption, postponement, cancellation or inaccessibility of any events/headliners/acts
All representations, warranties and conditions of any kind, express or implied, are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from MHCC or our agents or representatives, creates any term, condition, representation or warranty.
Refunds and Exchanges Before purchasing passes, carefully review your selection. After a pass has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed passes, our policies is that the are no exchanges or refunds for any reason. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to passes you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact MCHH to seek a refund or exchange from MCHH, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase passes from the Site. Should you do so, your passes may be cancelled, and MCHH may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honour pending and future pass purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site. Billing Information Verification Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a pass order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, MCHH customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If MCHH is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, MCHH may cancel your order and may sell your passes to another customer without further notice. Lost of Stolen Passes
In the event that you Pass is lost or stolen, and duplicates are arranged for collection at the box office, these will only be given out to the cardholder upon production of the card that was used to make the booking.
Identification
Upon entering MCHH the Passholder may be requested to present valid i.d. This may take the form of a Passport, birth certificate or drivers' licence. Pricing and Other Errors If the amount you pay for a pass is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a pass before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a pass that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: MCHH will have the right to cancel that pass (or the order for that pass) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website or other MCHH operated system. Multiple Browser Windows When ordering passes online with MCHH, please ensure you are looking for passes and placing an order using only one browser window. Looking up passes using multiple browser windows could result in losing your passes or timer expiration. Limitation of Liability Balls, pucks, and other objects may fly into the spectator area during an event. Despite spectator shielding, injury can occur. Stay alert at all times before, during and after play or performance. If struck, immediately ask an usher for directions to a medical station. You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a pass is issued, whether before, during or after play or performance, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against MCHH, its owner, or affiliates on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor.
License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value MCHH reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with the house rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the venue without refund. A pass is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the pass's face amount. A pass is not redeemable for cash. Recording, Transmission and Exhibition You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You agree that MCHH is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to MCHH and the Event Provider(s) to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf. You Are Subject to Search You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers. Unlawful Re-Sale of Passes; Commercial Purposes Unlawful resale of passes (or attempted resale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A pass shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes. Any use of MCHH's trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to MCHH's written consent.
